The area of the worktable  where the operator   stands   is equipped  with  air flotation  tables  to ease the handling of the material  being sized.

Lift Table.  The Giben lift table lifting mechanism relies on four (4) heavy duty screwjacks at the four cornerpoints  of the lift table itself   The four (4) screwjacks are simultaneously  operated by one common chain driving system.   This mechanism ensures that the lift table rises and lowers perfectly horizontal,  even when loaded with heavy out-of- center panel  bunks.

Lift Table.  The Giben lift table lifting mechanism relies on four (4) heavy duty screwjacks at the four cornerpoints  of the lift table itself. 

The Pusher Beam is driven by servo motor  and a high precision  rack  and  pinion  mechanism. The design is completed  by a positioning system controlled by an encoder that directly reads from the same rack of the pusher beam.

Saw Carriage: travel speed from 3 - 427 FPM (1 - 130 MPM), 427 FPM (130 MPM) constant return, powered by inverter drive & AC brushless motor. 
Pusher fence: (5) floating material clamps (open up to 4.5" (115 mm); pusher speed 3 - 115 FPM (1 - 35 MPM), constant return 197 FPM (60 MPM); pusher powered by AC Servo motor on rack & pinion system. 
Rear Table: Roller module rear machine table with in-line roller track rails; double split pressure beam enables continuous material control during final trim cut, front & back pneumatic side alignment w/automatic pre-positioning by "G-Drive2" microprocessor,
