Automatic step-by-step, boring, glue injection & dowel insertion into panel components, drawer parts, chair pieces, etc. at random spacing, programmed on a 15" color screen monitor stored in built-in CNC control using Windows XP operating system with graphics and online diagnostic. serial interface ans USB connection

Capacity: 20 mm (3/4") - 1,200 mm (47-1/4") Max. panel width, 100 - 800 mm (4" - 31-1/2") panel length, 14 mm - 60 mm (2.4") max. material thickness, max. boring depth 50 mm (1-7/8"), standard for 8 mm dia. and 35 mm long dowels.

47" X-Axis divided into (2) work zones of 23-1/2" ea., one part can be processed, while the other is being unloaded & loaded; parts can be clamped vertically on the edge for face boring.

Equipped with: (1) horizontal boring spindle, 6,000 RPM, powered by 1 HP motor, (1) vertical boring spindle, 4,300 RPM, powered by .75 HP motor with  5 - 45 "Y" axis adjustment,(8) stock clamping cylinders; high pressure patended "KOCH ELC" glue injection unit and dowel inserter head; positioning speed of working units at 197 FPM, boring & insertion capacity up to (60) dowels/Min.

Complete with: Overhead vibrating hopper for dowel feeding, "air tight" pressurized 1:1 glue tank and "ELC" Electronic Glue Detection System (special patended "KOCH design" precision dosing valve w/digital adjustment).

(2) Fixed fences (RH & LH side) w/attached sensors and double sided center fence with (2) sensors.

CNC Control w/monitor built into free-standing operator control cabinet, menu driven screen for function control and graphic illustration of machine functions.
